Terms and Conditions – noob Platform Rules and Usage

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and noob governing your use of the noob platform available at noob.vu. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the noob platform — including the Game Lobby, sports betting section, promotions, the noob app, or any related service — you confirm that you have read these terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

noob reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified through the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should stop using the noob platform immediately.

These terms are written in English for Pakistan (en-PK). Where any ambiguity or dispute arises regarding interpretation, the English version shall take precedence. noob operates as an online entertainment and sports betting platform. All gameplay and betting activity on noob is for entertainment purposes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the noob platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. noob is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit access to players under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual and not on behalf of any other person, company, or organisation.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary ban from gaming platforms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration and must update that information if it changes.

noob reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or payment method verification. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

Registration on noob is free. There is no fee charged for creating an account, and you are under no obligation to deposit immediately after registering.

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on noob. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances or bonus funds being forfeited.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account login credentials. This includes your password, any two-factor authentication codes, and any linked device access. noob will never ask you to share your password with any staff member or third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact noob support immediately and change your password without delay.

• Do not share your account login with any other person, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account.
• Enable two-factor authentication from your account settings for additional protection.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

noob reserves the right to suspend or close any account where fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these terms is suspected. In such cases, noob may withhold funds pending investigation. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on noob are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). noob currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment system
• Bank Transfer (standard domestic bank transfer)
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section

Deposits made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast are typically credited to your noob account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the payment provider's side. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of the sending bank.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction in the Deposit section of the platform. These limits are subject to change and may vary depending on the payment method used.

noob does not charge any platform-level fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, and noob has no control over those fees. Please check with your bank, JazzCash, or Easypaisa regarding any charges on their end before initiating a transaction.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the noob payments team. Standard withdrawal requests are typically handled within one to three business days. During high-volume periods or where additional verification is required, processing times may be longer. noob will communicate any delays directly to the affected player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

noob offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, cashback promotions, PSL-season specials, and VIP rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are displayed on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

The following general bonus rules apply to all offers on noob unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Bonus balances must be wagered according to the stated playthrough requirement before any withdrawal can be made from the associated balance.
• Wagering requirements and eligible games or markets are stated clearly on each individual promotion. Bets placed on excluded games or markets will not count towards wagering.
• Each bonus or promotional offer is available to one player per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through different accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• noob reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds that have not yet been wagered will be removed from the player's account.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Free bets are credited as a single-use wager and any winnings from a free bet do not include the stake value of the free bet itself.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section of noob covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports, and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on noob:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation; the odds shown during the bet placement process are the binding odds once the bet slip is confirmed.
• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.
• In the event of a match or event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to noob's void and postponement rules displayed in the relevant sport's rules section.
• Live betting (in-play) markets are available for selected events. noob reserves the right to suspend live markets at any point during an event without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed during the bet placement process.
• Where a pricing error is identified, noob reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. Players will be notified of any such void.
• Accumulator and combination bets are available on eligible markets. All individual selections within an accumulator must be correct for the full payout to apply.

noob strives to offer competitive odds on all cricket and PSL markets. However, odds accuracy cannot be guaranteed across all markets at all times, and noob reserves the right to correct any pricing error discovered before or after settlement.

7 Casino Games

The noob Game Lobby includes slots, live casino tables, crash games, and instant-win titles from third-party game providers. The following terms apply to all casino gameplay on noob:

• All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. The outcomes of all games are independently determined and cannot be influenced by the player or by noob.
• Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytable information are available within each game. Players are encouraged to review these before placing real-money bets.
• noob is not responsible for any technical interruption during gameplay caused by factors outside of its control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's end. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled based on its outcome as recorded on the game server.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per game and are displayed within the game interface.
• Not all games may be available at all times. noob reserves the right to remove, suspend, or replace games in the Game Lobby without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the noob platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering using another person's identity or personal information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers, including claiming the same offer through multiple accounts, accounts registered at the same address, or accounts linked to the same payment method.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match manipulation in the sports betting section.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity documents during the verification process.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service in a manner intended to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

9 Privacy & Data

noob collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on noob, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and platform use — including your name, contact details, payment information, and gameplay history — is used for the following purposes:

• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and account transactions.
• Verifying your identity and complying with applicable legal requirements.
• Providing customer support and responding to account queries.
• Sending account-related notifications, promotional communications (where consent has been given), and security alerts.
• Detecting and preventing fraud, bonus abuse, and other prohibited activity.

noob does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and game providers where necessary to deliver the platform's services. All third-party providers used by noob are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

10 Responsible Gaming

noob is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming and sports betting on noob is intended as a form of entertainment, not as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

noob provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases apply after a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of gameplay to remind you how long you have been active on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily lock your account for a set period ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the chosen period.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic on-screen reminders showing time spent and amounts wagered in the current session.

11 Limitation of Liability

noob provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no guarantee of uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or factors outside of noob's control — including internet service disruptions, payment provider outages, or force majeure events — may affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted, noob shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, profits, or winnings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Nothing in these terms limits noob's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

noob may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to the platform, new payment methods, changes in bonus policies, or any other operational requirements. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the platform or by email at least seven days before the changes come into effect, except where an urgent update is required for legal or security reasons.

The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page indicates when these terms were most recently revised. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms governing their use of noob.

Continued use of the noob platform after the effective date of any updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting noob support.
